Evaluate the physical condition of existing real estate assets, including reviewing code, ADA/FHA, and deferred maintenance issues. Prepare a comprehensive capital reserve analysis for costs within the anticipated holding period.
Review of proposed projects to assess the adequacy of development/construction documents and budgets as well as their compliance with applicable codes, ordinances, and our client's expectations.
Attend project meetings; conduct onsite observations to establish conformance and quality; and review of project schedule, contractor's requisitions, potential and approved change orders, and material-testing reports.
