Synopsis

Initial observation, review of construction documents, and performance of construction monitoring services for the lender on the phased, adaptive re-use of an historic hospital, originally constructed between 1927 and 1929 on an 8.2-acre site in Cleveland, Ohio. At completion, the project will comprise 114 residential units, management offices, a fitness room, and laundry facilities.
