Synopsis

Initial observation, evaluation of in-progress construction status, review of construction documents, and construction monitoring for the lender of this renovation. The historic landmark consists of two adjacent and bridge-connected office towers that are characterized as a single structure containing approximately 453,000-sf.

The scope of work includes rehabilitation of the exterior plaza, extensive base building, discretionary improvements, and continuing tenant improvement work.

Facts

Originally designed by the architects Graham, Anderson, Probst, & White, and erected in the early 1920's, the Wrigley Building was the first office building in downtown Chicago constructed north of the Chicago River.
