Design Assist Services
Our involvement begins as early as programing as we develop a scope for a proposed development or renovation project.

Attend project meetings; conduct onsite observations to establish conformance and quality; and review of project schedule, contractor’s requisitions, potential and approved change orders, and material-testing reports.
Establish the state of existing construction for the lender or buyer. Identify the hard-cost value of work in place; the quality of work and its conformance with specifications; and outstanding payments due contractors and suppliers. When foreclosure becomes inevitable, determine the estimated cost to complete the project.
